Fencing is a hard game and is very physical. You will need to be physically fit and be able to lift heavy fencing products on a daily basis. A laborer's duties include mixing concrete, digging holes, keeping the worksite and truck tidy at all times and be in charge of the tools (making sure there not left on site etc...).

A good laborer is worth more than their weight in gold in fencing - you will need to show the initiative to get things ready for Lead Installer as he is finishing one job before he thinks of doing the next which means you will both be in flow and the job will be completed faster.

This will eventually lead to promotion to become a lead installer if there is a placement and you have shown that you have acquired the skills and knowledge.
